I had an absolutely awful experience with Encore Towing. They towed my family's vehicle from common strata property without authorization from the strata management and without providing any notice to us. To make matters worse, they slapped me with a ridiculous $500 charge upon release of the vehicle, which included an outrageous $40 per day storage fee. There was no attempt to notify me, giving me no opportunity to address the situation before these fees piled up. This kind of unprofessional and predatory behavior is unacceptable. Encore Towing’s lack of communication, transparency, and disregard for proper authorization is shocking. I would strongly caution anyone to avoid dealing with this company if possible.
