Fitness Northwest Gym offers a variety of fitness classes, including spin, Bosu, core conditioning, cardio step and glide classes. Before your workout, you can grab a protein shake at the juice bar. After your workout, spend some time in the studio’s stand-up tanning booth to get a nice golden glow. You’ll also find a comprehensive selection of nutritional supplements and protein powders available for purchase. Pay-per-visit, or save money by purchasing a punch card, or save even more with a membership and get access to the full facility plus unlimited classes. Child-minding services are also available.
