No Show Policy

Any no shows will be required to pay the full cost of the missed appointment BEFORE any future bookings. If any client no shows a 2nd time they will be required to pay for the missed appointment and a NON-REFUNDABLE prepayment will be required for future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment it must be rescheduled and you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of that appointment BEFORE your next booking. Keep in mind that appointments are time sensitive and there are specific time slots each day based on the nature of the services booked. On that note, if you would like anything extravagant (i.e. extreme shapes or anything more than basic nail art) please let me know when you book your appointment so that I can book extra time. If you are unsure if something will require more time, just ask!

Cancellation Policy

I request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation to allow me enough time for rescheduling so that I may fit in clients who are on my waiting list.

I understand that situations may arise and sometimes when life gets in the way, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. I will try to accommodate this the best that I can, however, my business is my sole source of income and any missed appointments or last minute cancellations result in not only a loss of income, but also missed opportunities for clients on my waiting list.
