Landev Consulting is a civil engineering firm serving landowners, developers, and municipalities across British Columbia's South Coast. From offices in Gibsons, West Vancouver, and Squamish, our team delivers engineering, contract administration, and construction services from feasibility through final approval.

We specialize in land development: subdivision design from single-lot splits to 100+ lot developments, site servicing (water, storm, and sanitary), stormwater management and modelling, rezoning applications, multiplex and infill projects under B.C.'s SSMUH density rules, engineered septic systems, and municipal engineering including watermain upgrades, road design, and drainage improvements.

Our people trained at large civil engineering firms throughout BC and bring that depth to a smaller, more responsive team. We work daily with BC's regional constraints — steep terrain, riparian setbacks, ALR restrictions, and limited municipal servicing — and have completed approvals with the SCRD, District of Squamish, District of West Vancouver, District of Sechelt, and Town of Gibsons.
