Nordic Physiotherapy in Prince George is a Physiotherapist who specializes in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions including Trigger point/IMS dry needling, Kinesiology tape/sports tape, Exercise prescriptions, Manuel therapy, and massage etc.

Born and raised in Norway. Graduated from Manchester University, England with BSc (Hons.) in Physiotherapy in 1999.

Prince George has been my hometown since 2002.

I have worked in a wide range of settings including private physiotherapy clinics, home and community and inpatient acute care as well as pediatrics.

I’m passionate about helping people, all ages 0-100+. I like spending time with my clients, as I believe educating and knowing your body is key to healing and reaching goals. My service model is one on one physiotherapy.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family. I enjoy time outdoors, skiing, hiking, biking and walking with my dogs. Being active is important to me and I know that it’s a privilege to be able to do so.

Together with my husband I’m a proud member of the Wheelin’ Warriors of the North, riding annually in the Ride to Conquer Cancer.
