I have been licensed as a realtor since 1992, which I did for 5 years and then activated my mortgage brokers license which I did for 18 years. In 2015, I combined both my interests. I have a vast knowledge of both the Real Estate and Mortgage Broker industries which helps to serve my clients more efficiently and can share my knowledge of different mortgage programs That may help them purchase the perfect home or secure a mortgage for refinance and payout some nasty debt or build that new garage. Many realtors are not aware of the programs that are available to their clients.

I shop for mortgages for you through major banks, trust companies, and private lenders. Often, I can offer better rates and terms for your mortgage. Often the penalties are less than the major banks. If a client is struggling and has poor credit, I can secure a private mortgage. All are subject to qualifying OAC. I have been a licensed mortgage broker and realtor since 1992 with a background in banking.
