Queensway Autobody is now Schultz-Craftsman Collision. Both our shop and our sister operation, Jack Schultz Autobody, have undergone a change of name and ownership.

Craftsman Collision started (and is still headquartered) in BC’s Lower Mainland. With 42 locations in Alberta, BC and California, including 35 in BC alone, not to mention very high customer satisfaction ratings backed by many awards including 16 consecutive Vancouver
Consumer Choice Awards, Craftsman is easily the largest, most successful and most respected bodyshop chain in the province.

Like us, Craftsman is a family-owned business. President and Owner Bill Hatswell runs the company with the help of his two sons, Rick and Greg, and his daughter Melanie. They are every bit as dedicated to excellence as we are. If they weren’t, we would never have
teamed up with them.

Now as you probably know, new ownership often brings a change of employees. In our case, though, all of our staff – painters, body technicians, office people – will remain at the shop doing exactly what they’ve been doing. Including myself, Mirsad Mujcin staying on as Manager.
